PROJECT ENGINEER

Location: Riverside, CA
Status: Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Job Description: Manage efficiently and control costs of all Designers and Contractors involved in opening our new learning centers throughout California. Meet the schedules and opening dates of our facilities. Manage quality design and quality construction details. Stay within budget and maintain good customer and vendor relationships. Develop data bases for all estimating, scheduling, sub lists, specifications and structural details. Report to the company’s executives on the status of the project. Coordinate a complete and quick closeout of all projects. Responsible for the quality of the finished product for the overall project. Monitor the schedule and report any delays. Report monthly cash flows on time and accurately. Approve and monitor invoices and payment to Designers and General Contractors. Monitor and manage job progress.

Qualified candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering plus five years progressive experience in lieu of Master’s degree.
