Vice President, Business Development

Currently a partner and vice president of operations at Glen Oaks College, Dr. Abboud has over 30 years of experience in the medical and educational industries.  He has founded and served as Chairman and CEO of health care organizations.  Dr. Abboud also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vital Gift, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the recovery of tissue for transplantation, and a provider of education and community outreach.    He is a Qualified Medical Examiner, Certified Independent Disability Evaluator, and Sports Physician for the Athletic Department at the University of California, Riverside.

As a seasoned educational executive, Dr. Abboud has been involved in every important aspect of higher education – including but not limited to –  instruction, curriculum development, budgeting, fund-raising, compliance with regulatory agencies, placement community alliances, and administrative functions at all levelof higher education.
